DigiDoc processes data securely for both general enterprises and regulated healthcare entities, maintaining strict adherence to industry privacy standards (including HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable state licensing standards). All organizational data, operational logs, and data snapshots are encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
2. How Information is Used
Information gathered within this application is solely utilized for operational management, workforce balancing, incident reporting, SLA and travel logistics, and compliance verification.
We never sell, broker, or monetize user or organizational data to third parties.
DigiDoc uses only strictly necessary security and session cookies and does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Text Messaging
DigiDoc collects a mobile phone number and SMS consent only when a person opts in on their signed-in profile. Consent is optional. It is used for emergency check-in texts during an open event and, only if that person turns it on, optional external message notifications that contain no message content. These are not marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply START to resume after a prior opt-in. Reply STOP to opt out.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
